Booking Online Policies

Minimum Hours for Temporary Nanny Placement Services: Vacation Nannys require a 3-hour minimum for Temporary Childcare at $40 dollars per hourly service rate and $50 dollars per hourly service rate from 9PM- 3 AM. Currently, our nannies do not work overnight due to safety Related Concerns.

Deposit + Balance

A deposit of half of the total amount of hours is required to finalize the booking process. This can be sent via Cashapp, Paypal, or Venmo. Which will be provided upon booking. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your booking. NO CASH will be accepted for the remaining balance. Bookings made 14 days or less will pay their total in full. By sending the deposit/payment, you agree to our policies and procedures.

Family cancellation

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the booking date will not receive their deposit. Bookings over 15 hours will not receive their deposit no matter when they cancel.

Vacation Nanny Cancellation

Due to any unforeseen circumstance that your vacation nanny cancels, Vacation Nannys will make every attempt to find your family a qualified replacement. If the agency isn’t successful in finding your family with a replacement, you are entitled and will receive a full refund for services not rendered during your vacation.

your date and time slot

Your date(s) and time slots are secured during your vacation. You are responsible for paying for the full duration of the booking, even if you do not use all of the hours. If you are running late you are responsible for paying for your allotted time slot. Any time that goes 15+ minutes into the next hour you are responsible for paying for.

fees

You are required to pay for any fees that come along with your desired service. This includes ticketed events, public or resort parking at your vacation premises, etc. Although you are not responsible to purchase your hired nanny any meals during their services, it is highly appreciative if your nanny is attending an event with you, or your child(ren) and your party decides to eat at that venue. You are not required to purchase snacks for your vacation nanny, however especially if you are booking for longer days, it would be greatly appreciated.

Extra Time/Holiday Hours

If you’d like extra time, you are more than welcome to ask your vacation nanny. Our nannies may have other obligations and have the right to refuse. If you’d like extra time it is best to email vacationnannys@gmail.com and secure the extra hours. Holiday availability is upon request. There is a $10 hourly up-charge when booking during a major holiday weekend.

By using our services and sending your deposit, you are agreeing to all our policies and procedures.
